    Overview

    Driving business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions. Synthesizing overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Participating in various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for software applications, which may including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues.

    Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

    Evaluating clients’ technology needs, developing customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Analyzing customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and applying SAP principles, concepts and best practices in developing solutions and strategies. Working on performance tuning and improvement of SAP systems and implementing new enhancements and providing recommendations for existing functionalities. Reviewing solutions and identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement in existing environment and future developments.

     

    Participating in defining system strategies, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures in Sales and Distribution (SD), Customer Service (CS), Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM), Materials Managemennt (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Asset Management (AM), Travel Management (TM), Funds Management, Finance, Controlling (FM/FI/CO) and Human Resources (HR) functional areas. Understanding client requirements and planning overall timelines and milestones, and translating business requirements into functional and technical designs. Participating in scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, cutover and post go live support.

    Required skills and experience include

    • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field
    • Must have a minimum of two years of experience with:
      • Analyzing customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and applying SAP principles, concepts and best practices in developing solutions and strategies
      • Working on performance tuning and improvement of SAP systems and implementing new enhancements and providing recommendations for existing functionalities

      • Utilizing SAP Charm and experience with Service Now
    • Architect SAP solutions for wide range of applications
    • Complete SAP configuration and testing activities as needed on a project
    • Deveop and integrates new business process and application design
    • Develop comprehensive test plans and executes complex build activities
    • Participate and lead, where appropriate, in deployment discussions and activities
    • TS/SCI Eligibility and CI Polygraph
