    Overview

    The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking  developing an individual to build high-quality virtual digital audio/visual training modules that can be accessed, completed and recorded in the online DOI training system as well as supplementary training handouts. The scope will also include working with federal staff to create and/or update existing cybersecurity standards, procedures, presentations and general documentation to standardize format, improve overall quality and ensure version control. This effort will include integrating prepared training and documentation from static concepts, developing training based on Federal cybersecurity requirements and NIST documentation, and consulting with federal subject matter experts on training and documentation content. All training and documentation materials must comply with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

    Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

    • Develop virtual audio/visual cybersecurity training modules, quizzes and supplementary material on cybersecurity topics
    • Update existing cybersecurity standards and documentation to standardize format, ensure clarity, and improve readability and overall quality
    • Work with federal staff to develop new cybersecurity standards and documentation based on undocumented or outdated policies, procedures and requirements
    • Develop a training and documentation repository in consultation with federal staff that ensures version control
    • Develop virtual audio/visual cybersecurity training modules, quizzes and supplementary material on cybersecurity topics

    Required skills and experience include

    • Familiar with CSAM, CDM, POA&M Management, online training modules
