The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking developing an individual to build high-quality virtual digital audio/visual training modules that can be accessed, completed and recorded in the online DOI training system as well as supplementary training handouts. The scope will also include working with federal staff to create and/or update existing cybersecurity standards, procedures, presentations and general documentation to standardize format, improve overall quality and ensure version control. This effort will include integrating prepared training and documentation from static concepts, developing training based on Federal cybersecurity requirements and NIST documentation, and consulting with federal subject matter experts on training and documentation content. All training and documentation materials must comply with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
