    Overview

    This billet will provide basic administrative support to the Common Submarine Radio Room Program and IPTs. Tasks include but not limited to putting together briefings and reports, developing program documentation, analyzing risks, and managing schedules from the project to the IPT and/or the customer.

    Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

    • Provide PM support services to the Shore Sub C4I IPT
    • Perform clerical and administrative duties
    • Organize files, prepare documents, schedule appointments, and support other staff
    • Arranging meetings, scheduling appointments, and editing correspondence
    • Maintain office files and databases and create computer spreadsheets and presentations
    • Input and maintain Demand Signals in accordance with SPAWAR procedures, submit Demand Signals for the Shore Sub C4I IPT, and shall support the Shore IPT Lead and COR in the tracking and maintenance of any IPT Demand Signals
    • Maintain the IPT's Mission Alignment (MA) and other IPT documentation in business operations applications in Intelink and in the Shore SharePoint workspace
    • Provide Risk Management Support and maintain program risks in the SPAWAR risk management tool

    Required skills and experience include

    • Experience performing clerical and administrative duties
    • MS Office Suite expertise
    • Experience organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff

     

    • Education: Associate‘s Degree in Business or Computer Science
    • Experience: Four (4) years of experience, to include: word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting management issues, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, read milestone schedules and send and receive emails. Two (2) years of work experience shall be within DoD. Note: Experience may be concurrent.

    OR

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience: Eight (8) years experience to include: word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting management issues, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, read milestone schedules and send and receive emails. Two (2) years of work experience shall be within DoD. Note: Experience may be concurrent.
