    Overview

    The Security Policy Analyst II provides Information Security Risk Management support to the DOI OCIO.

    Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

    • Strong working knowledge of IT Security requirements, technical security countermeasures, risk management processes, contingency planning, and secure data communications
    • Presents highly technical information both verbally and in writing.
    • Experience with NIST and A&A activities
    • Experience creating System Security Plans, Risk Assessments, Security Documentation
    • Knowledge of CSAM

    Required skills and experience include

    • CISSP
    • CAP (can obtain within 6 months)

    Preferred skills

    • CEH
