Spry is looking for an entry level Recruiter to support the organization with delivering top talent and excellent service for our current opportunities. This individual will develop robust candidate pipelines and be capable of generating results in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

  • Performing full-life cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions for our current opportunities as well as building a pipeline for upcoming contract awards
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to Hiring Managers for contract openings
  • Assist Business Development department with proposal recruiting efforts as dictated by company needs
  • Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates
  • Develop social network relationships to attract higher applicant flow

Required skills and experience include

  • Demonstrate a high sense of urgency, self-management, ability to establish priorities and work in both independent/team environments
  • Ability to utilize creative sourcing techniques to include but not limited to: network organizations, job boards, cold calling, referrals, etc.
  • Ability to interact effectively, manage relationships with all levels of leaderships including hiring decision makers, executives and internal support staff
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office suite including Word and Excel

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to full lifecycle recruiting process
  • Exposure to IT Technical environment
  • Experience in a federal government contracting is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with iCIMS applicant tracking system
  • Ability to post job requisitions in accordance with OFCCP government regulations and company guideline
