Support on this program involves program management and financial management support for the SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Sub-Portfolio (SP) and integrated product teams. This position will support the ES2 IPT in programmatic, financial, and business processes.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

  • Candidate will provide planning, scheduling, earned value/performance measurement, risk analysis, financial and programmatic management and analysis, continuous process improvement, strategic planning, communications, independent studies, and other such programmatic support, as required by the (E2S2) Sub-Portfolio

Required skills and experience include

  • A background with the acquisition process for Stafford area and HQ site
  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, Physical Science or business related specialty
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Preferred skills

  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Microsoft Project Experience
  • USMC and SPAWAR LANT acquisition process experience
