    Spry Methods is seeking two (2) SAP Business Objects Developers to support an intelligence customer with a national security focused mission. Each candidate must have SAP Business Objects implementation experience and must be eligible for a Top Secret/SCI clearance. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for development, support, maintenance of SAP Business Objects projects. You should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. We are searching for candidates that can work as independent team member, capable of applying judgement to plan and execute tasks. Candidates should also be able to respond to technical queries/requests from team members and customers. 

    Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

    • Develop and maintain Business Objects reports, universes, and metadata
    • Run unit testing and validation of Business Objects reports and universe
    • Develop reports, prototypes and review/fine tune report deliverables with team
    • Review requirements and translate into technical tasks to meet system specifications
    • Collaborate with client SMEs, team and other vendor teams to develop and implement the solution

    Required skills and experience include

    • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
    • 4+ years of experience with Business Objects Web Intelligence, Designer
    • Experience developing reports with Tableau Desktop & Server (3+ years)
    • Proficient with SQL and Entity Relationship diagrams
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and principles
    • Experience in developing and maintaining Business Object reports, universe and metadata
    • Experience with unit testing and validation of Business object reports and universes
    • Experience with developing report prototypes and fine tune report deliverables
    • Demonstrated experience with the identification of risks/issues and recommend mitigating actions.
    • Experience with identifying key milestones and tracking progress accordingly.
    • Experience producing metrics, creating documentation, and process workflows
    • Demonstrated experience in translating customer requirements into technical tasks to validate system specifications are met

    Preferred skills

    • SAP BO - Business Objects (3-5 years)
